Featured collection not showing images or names

My home page is being really annoying and whenever I select the featured collection block in the Ride theme and put a collection in, it wont show the images or names or anything. I’m very new to this and I would like some assistance please and thank you.

The only problem with my store was Shop Pay not working. That has nothing to do with this?
