Hi everyone! I have just opened my first Shopify store and I would be SO grateful for any and all feedback! You can find it here: www.grein.co.uk
Hi @LillieGreen
Welcome to the community.
That is a very solid store, focused on one product and done very well with a lot of text/content. But mostly focused on presenting on features and what benefits it brings.
I think there is room for improvement. In general. for me, body font size is a bit smaller. 14px does make a lot of text fit better, but still, not optimal for reading. So try how it looks with 16px.
On the homepage, you have a bit shy 5 stars from Amazon. It is from 9 people, but still, it is the current score, so I would make it slightly bigger. In the future, try to get some video reviews form customer, that would fit nicely on the homepage.
The product page could use a bit more blocks. You do have a lot of text but that should be organised better. Saw mention of this site https://stepprs.com/products/massage last week as a good example. They have reviews, 3 most important features, payment icons, 3 icon/text for customer reassurance, a lot of info in an accordion. 3 verified reviews. One more icon/text block. You could implement most of these blocks. The rest of the page holds more features, maybe too many, but an extra section or two would be fine.
And you have “Why the Reliefboard exists” to me that is too long a text, and with a smaller font size, easy to skip. And the text is good, but I think not everyone will read it through.
I miss a dedicated contact information page. There is an email and address inPrivacy policy, but I would put that in the footer and on a dedicated page, or on contect page. IT builds more trust.
The instruction page is good, but you should have a link to that from the product page.
For the price, I am not sure; it looks solidly built. But I think there are some more affordable massage guns. Yes, the back is hard to use by yourself, and you can controll pressure. Not sure, would be interesting if you could compare it on your site. As customers would think about that for sure.
Good luck with sales. It is a solid product and store.
Hey @LillieGreen,
I really like your website and the relief board. I haven’t seen something like this being sold online very often. It’s a cool and useful product.
One suggestion, if you ever want to be a bit more tech-forward, look into adding AR or a 3D viewer to your product pages. With something like that, potential customers could explore the product from different angles and even see how it will look in their space before making a purchase.
It could be helpful for something like a relief piece since placement matters a lot. People could try different spots on their wall and get a better feel for the size and scale in real time.
Just an idea, but interactive features like that can make the shopping experience more engaging and help customers feel more confident about their decision.
Wishing you luck!
Took a look at the store. Really clean layout and I like that you’re focused on one product. The hero section does a good job explaining what it does right away.
One thing that stood out to me is the “Why the Reliefboard exists” section at the bottom. That founder story about building it for your partner is actually really compelling, and I think it’s being buried. For a product like this where people need to trust that it actually works, that personal story does a lot of heavy lifting. I’d consider pulling a shorter version of it higher up on the page, maybe right after the features section.
The other thing I noticed is that all your social proof comes from Amazon. That works for now, but as you get direct customers, having on-site reviews with a Shopify reviews app will make a big difference. People tend to trust reviews more when they’re on the actual store rather than referenced from somewhere else.
Also didn’t see a clear returns or guarantee policy on the product page itself. For a physical product at this price point, something like “30-day money back guarantee” near the buy button can really help with conversion. It removes that last bit of hesitation.
Are you driving traffic mostly from Amazon or are you running ads to this store separately?
Hey, I think working more on Design, can improve sales here.
Hi @LillieGreen
The store looks nice and modern, which is a good first step. Improve clarity of product: include lifestyle photos and benefit-based copy. Emphasize trust signals such as reviews, shipping information, and an easy-to-understand return policy. Make your calls to action more visible and your navigation simpler, and make it easy for visitors to flow to checkout. Use email capture or social proof if that helps conversions.
Thank you so much for this feedback, this is very helpful!
This is a great idea, thank you so much!
Thank you for your advice, this is super helpful! We are running ads on Meta to this store at the moment
Thank you for your advice!
Hi,
This is Anne from Shopplaza . I’m happy to share a few comments after reviewing your store.
Overall, the site has a good foundation and it’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into the content. From the perspective of a first-time visitor, however, I’d like to share a few suggestions that could help improve clarity, focus, and conversion :
1. Reduce content density on the homepage
At the moment, the homepage feels quite text-heavy , which can make it a bit overwhelming for visitors. There is a lot of information presented at once, making it harder to identify the key message or where to focus first.
Simplifying the content and highlighting the most important value proposition can help guide users more effectively.
2. Strengthen and prioritize the main call-to-action
I noticed that the main call-to-action (e.g., “Get your relief board” ) appears relatively small and may not stand out enough.
Making the CTA more prominent (larger size, stronger contrast, clearer placement) can help direct visitors toward the desired action more effectively.
3. Consider a one-product landing page approach
Since the store focuses on a single product, you might consider structuring the homepage more like a product landing page , where key elements such as:
- Product details
- Pricing
- Add to Cart button
are all visible directly on the homepage, without requiring users to navigate to a separate product page.
This approach can help reduce friction and improve conversion by keeping everything in one place.
4. Add an “About Us” section to build trust
For a new brand, it’s important to clearly communicate who is behind the store . Adding an About Us section (or a short brand story on the homepage) can help visitors feel more confident that there is a real person or team behind the product.
These suggestions are shared from the perspective of a first-time visitor and are intended to help improve both usability and trust.
I hope this helps!
Best regards,
Anne

Hey @LillieGreen you did a great job but you can do make more attractive store
i think it is your first time to design or develop a store so feel free if you have any question about it
Hi Anne,
Thank you so much for this feedback - it is super helpful!
Best wishes,
Lillie
Hi, @LillieGreen
I went through your store and it’s a nice, clean start. With a few adjustments around clarity and trust, you can definitely improve how visitors engage and convert.
-
Make your value clear upfront :
Visitors should instantly understand what you sell and why it’s worth buying -
Improve product pages:
Use clear, high-quality images
Keep the Add to Cart visible without too much scrolling.
Highlight key benefits so customers quickly understand the value -
Build trust early :
Add reviews or testimonials
Even adding a simple “30-day return” or “secure checkout” message near the Add to Cart button can help reassure first-time visitors. -
Keep it simple on mobile :
Check that your main banner and product images load quickly, as large images are usually the biggest cause of slow mobile performance.
5.Simplify navigation :
Make it easy to browse - clear categories and fewer distractions help users find products faster.
Try focusing on these areas first, and you’ll likely see better engagement and conversions.
If you still notice speed issues after these changes, you could explore optimization tools available in the Shopify App Store.

Hi @LillieGreen
Nicely done on your site. A couple of thoughts on the sales side. Might help with conversions.
- Your free UK shipping. Increase the font so it stand out more.
- You have the price slashed. Provide a reason why someone is getting a discount. Is it a new customer discount, holiday promotion…
- I am located in the US. I am unable to see your price on Amazon since it can’t be shipped to me. Not sure if your website price is better than Amazon, and if you prefer people to purchase directly from you? You list Amazon, so people will price compare.
- Amazon usually has a friendly return policy. You might want to unhide your from the Privacy menu.
Regards.
