Hi everyone,

I’ve just launched my first one-product store called Deshedify (deshedify.com). I’m based in Europe and targeting the international market (US, UK, and EU).

My hero product is a Steamy Pet Brush that solves shedding and grooming issues. I’m aiming for a clean, trustworthy brand feel.

Since I’m looking to keep my initial investment low and focus on organic growth + Meta Ads, I would love to get some professional feedback on a few points:

  1. Trust Factor: Does the store look professional enough for a global audience?

  2. Product Page: Is the ‘Deshedding’ benefit clear enough in my copy?

  3. Offer: I’m currently running a 50% OFF + Free Shipping offer. Does it feel compelling?

  4. Localisation: As I’m using Shopify Markets, do the currency/language switchers work smoothly for you?

I’m open to any critiques regarding the UI/UX or any apps you think are essential for a one-product setup.

Thanks in advance for the help! Best,Samuel

Lol good luck with that….

Hi @smuelmfs

Welcome to the community. And please take your time to search topics like" store feedback, " no sales," and "zero sales " to find out tips and apply to your store.

But first thing, like @Maximus3 pointed out, " good luck selling overpriced product.
You should put yourself in a visitor’s shoes, say they do need a brush, or they saw some ad or social post and end up on your page. Do you think they would buy without searching for alternatives? I also saw on AliExpress the same product for 3 Euros and you sell it for 33 Euros. Would you buy on your site ?

Nope, not professional enough. And no trust factors. Homepage: header- empty no menu. Hero image and text a bit off, like they are not in the same section. Not sure for font choice. No call to action button. The next section’s text is too small and the button too low. Then a big part of text on left that should be dominant on the page and more to the top is in a really small font and almost lost between images. No trust signals like icon/text section, no reviews, and feedback sections. Footer, empty and that one menu, you’d better hide it then, for most to lead to 404 pages.
No about us, no contact info, who do I would leave my credit card info? Would you?

While you have some content/text here, I still think it could have done a bit better.
Plus, you do not use the word “deshedding” there. FAQ is good to have as well as sticky add to cart. Again, no customer reasssurance for shipping support, “quality”

Are you running that offer? I did not see the message anywhere. Maybe lociliced offer. But really, do you think that works? You pump price 10 times and then offer 50% for just 5x? Marketing trick, but that does not bring trust either. And I hope 33 Euros is old price and not the discounted one.

Yes, think this works well.

I again suggest spending some time researching in the forum and seeing why stores fail, what could be improved, and what stores have done it right. Droshipping is hard, especially for one product. It would work it you were only one or from a small group, but that product is in hundreds of shops at least.

Good luck.

Hey! I tried to check your store, but I’m getting an Error 1001 (DNS issue), so the site isn’t loading on my end.

when i tried to open your store, i got this error. please look into it as that will turn a lot of customers away (if your store is inactive)

Hi @smuelmfs

Your store looks neat and professional, and this is suitable for any international customer. The deshedding benefit is obvious, although the addition of before/after pictures may help. The 50 percent off plus free shipping is irresistible for first-timers. Currency and language change are well-executed. Concentrate on targeted ads, simple visuals, and trust signals.
