File upload field in customer registration form

I need to add a file upload field in the customer registration page and store it as a metafield (file) for customers and retreive that in the customer accounts page as a downloadable file. Also I should be able to delete it and replace when needed from the accounts page itself.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Hello Syed,
We’ve developed Customer Fields for this exact use case and the app comes complete with a B2B template out of the box that has a field to upload VAT/Tax ID#s. All of the custom fields are saved as metafields in the the customer account page.
