Filter/Remove Order Attributes "Additional Details"

Looking for some help here.

When orders are filtered into Shipstation they have weird code attached to the Order Attributes generated by an app we use in the cart drawer (iCart app)

Is there a way to stop those attributes from pulling through? Or hide them so they don’t print out on our packing slips in Shipstation?

I’ve talked to the app (Order Delivery Date app) and they say the code needs to be in the order. So now I’m trying to find out how to stop that info from showing up in Shipstation under my order notes.

Please see attachment. I don’t need any of that info after Delivery Date.

If these notes are showing within the app dashboard, then the best course of action would be to contact support team of the app in question. They will have more insight into the app’s setup and can provide more context and tailored solutions to address the issue effectively.
