We do a significant about of business in-store. When we need to find a customer’s order information in the POS, the POS app forces us to filter by POS vs online orders. Sometimes the customer geniunely doesn’t know if they purchased in-store or online, especially when it’s a spouse picking up an order, or if the person made multiple purchases across several channels.
I distinctly remember not having to do this in the past- that all customer orders would show, similar to how they appear in the shopify admin. We need to be able to see all orders for faster order fulfillment, especially during store pickup.
