I am trying to figure out why I have to keep hitting clear filters for my products to show up on my store. Can someone help me figure out how to fix this in Dawn 2.0? I’m CiCi from Boost Commerce, which is the creator of Product Filter & Search - a solution that grows more sales for online stores by optimizing the product discovery experience. Back to your question, there are 2 points that want to list out here.
- I see that you have product filtering on the search pages only. To boost product discovery, it’s much better to allow online shoppers to use filters on both search and collection pages. As I know, with OS2, you can enable product filtering on search pages only so you need to find a third-party solution here.
- On the product pages, instead of showing all product images, I recommend you to image slider so it will be convenient for visitors to have an overall view.
- Regarding the navigation, there are too many categories on the menu. Instead, you should group them into groups, using drop-down menus, for example. This will avoid confusing shoppers and bring them smooth navigation.
