An amount of ₹7000 has been charged from my account, and despite multiple follow-ups, I continue to receive automated replies without any clear resolution or accountability.
This issue has been ongoing, and the lack of human intervention is extremely concerning. As a merchant running a business, I expect transparent communication and responsible handling of billing matters.
