We don’t think so, We checked SEO manager features list but we was not able to find they give this feature. The one which i have shared the link will solve your problem.

Have you used “SEO Manager” before? and SEO Manager has all the options to automatically sets links in blog articles to specific SEO keywords. Please elaborate!
