Find and Change Custom Log-In Button Code

We have a slightly modified Enterprise theme with a “Login/Register” button on the top menu. I have looked for awhile and I am struggling to find where the code for this is at. I would appreciate if someone with a bit more technical know-how could point me in the right direction:
