FINDING CHAT ROOM AND CAN'T SIGN ON TO BE AN AFFILIATE

I’ve signed in, but I can’t find the chat room where I can ask a question. How do I find it?

Also, I’m trying to sign up as an affiliate, I’ve filled out the form, but it won’t let me advance. The phone number I entered is lit up in red. They are asking for a mobile phone number, but I want to use my land line. Is that the problem?
