Can’t for the life of me find where to edit this nested menu. I have look at the “inspect code” on Google Chrome, but just can’t find what template or section this code lives on. Can anyone help?

Thank you for sharing the screenshot and link to your store. I understand you are trying to make changes to your nested menu on your website.
For most stores on Shopify the nested menu is not hardcoded into the theme itself but is pulled from 1 of these most common areas: Online Store > Navigation in the admin of the store, a mega-menu app that injects the nested menu, or in the theme editor for the theme (most common on paid for themes).
If you are not able to find out where your menu is pulled from I would recommend reaching out to our live support team so that they can authenticate your store account and review your admin with you. If your theme file is from the Shopify theme store, I’d be happy to look into if this menu style is included in the theme file (which would mean it is accessed through the theme editor not the code).
