hope someone can help me, because I am literally desperate. 
Long story short.
Recently we got request from our sister company from another country to block our page in their country because of price differences.I found shopify app called “firewall country IP resctrict”, installed it easily and made some changes. I blocked their country and create redirection to their page whenever someone from their country clicks to our page, it automatically leads them to their native page.
To good to be true.
After two weeks, that change started to affect Google search console results in our country. We lost our position, indexed pages that worked perfectly suddenly weren’t indexed at all, google even changed our favicon to logo of redirected page.
I stopped using app immediately and deleted it. But still couldn’t force google to index my pages back. Validation failed. Everything happened a week ago.
when I click on details, I still can see this redirected link, even in meantime, after I deleted app, I submitted new sitemap to GSC.
What am I doing wrong? Is it possible that piece of code somehow is still there making mess even app is deleted?
