One of our clients is trying to update our collaborator permissions (“Content” section so we have access to Metaobjects), but every time she clicks the Save button it’s returning an error message that no one seems to have any information about. At the top of the screen it displays the following:

Our partner profile does not have any first/last name fields to complete, and none of our other clients have ever received this message before.

I’ve chatted with Shopify support and all they could recommend is to make sure the client is logged in as the store owner, which she definitely is.
