Fix Google Merchant Shopify error: Your domain is already claimed by a different account

I have already verified + claimed it but it dosn’t work.

Please help ASAP!

It means you have already created a Google Merchant Center account. If you are aware of it or not. Try logging in with your other email addresses in Google Merchant Center: https://www.google.com/retail/solutions/merchant-center/

Then when you found it, connect this account, in Shopify, not a new one. And once you have done that, clsoe down your new account (after you have confirmed and connected the original account)

Yes I have created it through Shopify (clicked create new) and it’s in the same email that I use in Shopify. When I log into Google Merchant Center it’s also the correct email adress so I don’t understand why it doesn’t work.

Because the Google Shopping and Youtube app has lots of bugs, some not even fixed after 2+ years, you might be better of using: https://apps.shopify.com/multiple-google-shopping-feeds

However if you don’t want a more professional tool, then I recommend you contact Google as they own the Google Shopping and Youtube app, so they will need to fix it.
