Follow these Steps:
Go to Online Store Edit Code Find theme.liquid file or base.css
Add the following code in the bottom of the file above tag
.product__tax.caption.rte {
margin-top: 2.8rem !important;
}

it doesnt change anything of the problem unfortunately 
@JADIS can you share the screenshot in which file you paste this code?
i put it in theme.liquid at the bottom and try the same in base.css and the both dont’t work unfortunately..
