Is there a possibility to make the shopping cart fixed on the right side (top to bottom and scrolls down), so that the customers can permanently see their products?

I am looking for a cart that looks similiar to the one below, so that you can always see whats inside while shopping. Ideally, I would like to position the cart the right hand side of the desktop version of my website.
