Support sent me here. I’m trying to solve what seems like a very simple issue, but they disagreed.
Above is an image of my shop.domain.com site. In the upper lefthand corner, we have our logo, and right now, clicking there takes you back to the exact same shop.domain.com site. This circular linking doesn’t make sense, and we’d like that link to just lead to domain.com.
Shopify chat support said they couldn’t change the link, and suggested that having it redirect to itself was a good idea, but they also said that I should ask for help here or with an expert. (not sure if that was just a brushoff).
Can anyone help walk me through what seems like a very easy situation to fix?
