Fixing Contact Form - Edge to edge - dawn theme

The contact form on my website is going edge to edge, I want it to look like the bottom picture. The orginal dawn theme had it displayed correctly. I’ve tried to copy and paste the original code to my current site but the contact form still isn’t displaying correctly.

What can I do to fix it?
