Hi! We have integrated an accounting inventory system to our shopify store which is Unleashed. Recently we received 2 orders that were flagged as fraudulent and we called up the customer to confirm the order. However upon checking on our inventory system, the orders did not went through and wasnt reflecting at all. Im wondering if is it because it was flagged as fraudulent? How do we remove the fraud warning tag? And how do we fix this issue so that it would go through on our accounting system.
