We’re using Hotjar for the session analytics and have been seeing a persistent issue of the website glitches like - flashing, rapid switching between random pages like “Refund Policy” and product, and persistent popup of the Welcome discount banner. These issues are not on-offs, but ongoing over the past 48 hours, though not all customers are experiencing them. It’s significantly impacting our sales, and conversions from ads.
We’ve reached out to the Shopify support team, and they just keep saying to clear the cookies and cache.
