I am using the Flex theme from Out of the Sandbox. I love the theme but I am having trouble with the Collection Banner image being cut off when I change the Layout Width to Wide. The first screenshot is how the banner looks with standard width. The second is what the desktop looks like when I change the layout to wide. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Darwin.
Thanks for the quick reply @Celine_digitals . I have tried that. The Flex Theme recommends 1800 x 800. I created a photoshop document with 1800 x 800 and 72 pixels. When I place the image and then stretch it based on the method above, it cuts off most of the image. I am using Placeit to create the mockups as PNG’s. See pic below.
We’ve been having the same issue for a year. I reached out to the developer last year but haven’t received a resolution yet. I’ve been having to spend hours taking images into Photoshop and using Content Aware Scaling to stretch the image and the clean up the image using various other tools. Other themes I have worked with have scaling and offset adjustments to adjust the size and placement of the image.
