As far as I know there isn’t a specific way to provide feedback and suggestions so Sidekick told me to use this board.
The first thing I’d like to see is the ability to able to copy both individual components AND chunks of a flow. I only recently worked out you could highlight multiple components and therefore move them around but I can’t understand why you can’t copy and paste components.
Secondly, I would like the ability to connect multiple components into a single component. For example, I have a flow that sends me a reminder after an order has been open for a set amount of time so the flow starts when a certain type of order is created, then waits 2 days, checks if the order is closed, if not it sends me an email then waits another 3 days before sending another email. What I would like to do is have the Flow perform another check after the first Wait and if it has a certain tag, it bypasses the first email and connects into the second Wait function. I’ve actually attached an image of the flow with an arrow to show what I’d like to be able to do.
Flow’s path is linear. Once a branch is split, it cannot be rejoined. So in your screenshot you can just make separate paths for each true and false, meaning you would have a separate wait step and condition.
As for Sidekick telling you to post here, well, sorry to break it to you, but Shopify Staff aren’t active here anymore. I don’t even think the forum managers are still here.
I see they are still going with that horrible top-down direction change in the canvas. Clowns

Thanks for the reply, and the heads-up that no-one is going to be taking any notice of this, I guess I’ll have to just start a chat session with a support person at some point. I had to do that previously when they updated the fulfilment procedure and thankfully they reverted the change.
Anyway, I get that the path is linear but I don’t see why that means a path can’t be re-joined. If there was a way to copy and paste a section of a flow I could accept this more easily even though it would still make things overly messy but as per my original post, C&P also isn’t available lol

You’re right that this is a gap - copy/paste and merging paths back together are two of the most requested Flow features, so you’re definitely not alone here. Until that changes, a couple of workarounds that might help with your setup are as follows :

Flip the order of your checks - Instead of checking the tag after the first wait, you can add the tag condition right at the start (after the trigger). Orders with the tag go down a path that can be : wait 5 days > email. Orders without it go down the full path : wait 2 days > email > wait 3 days > email. You still end up duplicating the last email step, but the logic stays clean and easy to read.

Duplicate the whole workflow - If a section is getting reused a lot, sometimes it’s easier to duplicate the entire flow (click on the three-dot menu on the workflow list) and trim each copy down, rather than rebuilding manually.
For feedback, your best bet is contacting Shopify support directly and asking them to log a feature request - that might help further.

I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one who thinks this is a missing feature.
Thanks for taking the time to suggest those work arounds. Unfortunately your first suggestion wouldn’t work as the tag wouldn’t be there when the flow is first triggered hence the need for the Wait component. For context, this is for when an order is received that we then need to place a PO with a supplier. The tag the flow is checking for is “Conf Rec’d” which is something I add manually once the supplier has sent us a confirmation that the items are in stock and ready for dispatch which usually happens within 24 hours. This is why I do a 2 day Wait before the system prompts me to chase them. If the confirmation has been received though, I’m then happy to wait about 3 days before I chase them for tracking if I haven’t received it already.
Your second suggestion is also not ideal as it would mean the order would trigger multiple flows and I don’t see how that would be particularly helpful in this instance.

I completely agree with both suggestions.
Being able to copy and paste individual actions or entire sections of a flow would save a lot of time especially when building or maintaining larger workflows. Recreating the same logic over and over can be quite repetitive.
I also like your second idea. Allowing multiple branches to connect back into a single step would make flows much cleaner and reduce the need to duplicate actions like Waits and Conditions. In your example it would be much more efficient if the tagged orders could simply skip the first email and continue into the existing 3 day wait instead of requiring a separate duplicate path.
Both of these would make Shopify Flow easier to build, maintain, and troubleshoot.
