Flow that adds tag to o product with inventory available

Hello guys!

I am trying to build a flow that starts when a product inventory is changed.

I have 2 locations with inventory.

I need the flow to tag a product that goes below inventory 10 in location A and has stock available in location B.

Also, after i transfer inventory from B to A, i need the flow to remove the tag.

Any help will be much appreciated.
