Flow theme - no contact form section to add

I am using the flow theme & trying to add a contact / enquiry form but there is no section for this. Any help is appreciated.

You can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Online Store->Pages->Add page

  1. Create new page and choose a contact tempate from theme template

Hi Richard, there is no contact form template for me to add. I have had to add coding to build a contact form but need to customise this and add a date option - any help? thanks
