Flow to send event to Klaviyo to remove Cleverific orders from abandoned cart

Hi there!

I have an issue whereby abandoned cart emails are sending from Klaviyo for orders put through or edited by Cleverific app.

Cleverifc is unable to use flow to update Klaviyo.

I’m wondering if there is a workaround whereby if the order is edited or managed through Cleverific if we can send an event to Klaviyo to remove this abandoned cart trigger from the abandoned cart flow in klaviyo?

We just need Cleverific to let Klaviyo know when a customer has completed/paid for an order outside of Shopify so that this will take them out of the Abandoned Cart flow.

FLOW REQUIREMENTS:
It will need to match the email address to the one in Klaviyo.
It will need to trigger a “Placed Order” event.

I believe that you are asking if there could be a new trigger for Cleverific. Generally, apps control what is exposed in Flow, so I recommend that you suggest the trigger you need to Cleverific so that they can look to enable it in the future.
