Hey everyone,

I want to implement a loyalty program which has 2 Levels. The levels are based on amount spend at our store. I have already created two customer segments (each has it’s own tag aswell) with the specific amount filters.

Now my question is: Is there a way to automate the addition of the new tag (and the removal of the old one) when a customer “levels up” and enters the customer new segment?

Example: Customer on Level 1 buys a new product at our store. With this purchase his amount spend reaches the requirements for Level 2, so he’s automatically in the new Segment. Old Level 1 Tag is removed and new Level 2 Tag automatically assigned.
