flows for recovering carts via coupon emails

depending on the discounts currently offer on my website, I’d like to offer different coupons to recover abandoned carts with klaviyo flows.

for example:

flow A - 5% off coupon flow: 1. send a 5% off coupon, 2. then send a reminder after 3 days

flow B - 10% off coupon flow: 1. send a 10% off coupon, 2.then send a reminder after 3 days

I only have one flow active at a time.

My scenario:

  1. I activated flow A, and disabled flow B.
  2. David already entered flow A. he completed step 1.
  3. Then I disabled flow A and activated flow B.
  4. how can I make David enter B?

To set up different coupons in Klaviyo flows based on website discounts: 1. Create separate flows for each discount. 2. Trigger flows on “Abandoned Cart.” 3. Add a 3-day delay. 4. Use a conditional split based on the current discount. 5. Customize email content with respective coupon codes. 6. Activate the relevant flow based on the website discount.
