Focal Theme Collection Image & Margin Size

My question is regarding Collection image sizes (and boarder thickness) of Focal Theme v11.X.

*Collection List Layout = Collage

1. I want to be able to scale the collection images to the approximate sizes as shown in Image 1 below.
2. I also need to remove all the white space between collection images and hero image.

*Updates must ONLY affect Desktop version of website.

Any help greatly appreciated.
