Footer and Pre-Footer blocking app from being visible

Hi everyone,

We have store locator app installed on our website, however the pre-footer and footer are blocking it from being visible. Is anyone aware of the fix for this? We’re using Broadcast theme and Closeby is the store locator app that we have installed.

It would be best if you can share a link to your map page and preview password(if one is set).
