Footer Menu and CSS Display Issue on Live Site with Dawn Theme

Hi everyone,

I recently made some custom changes to the footer design on my Shopify site, which is using the Dawn theme. However, after making the site live, I’ve encountered an unexpected issue. The footer menu is not displaying properly, and there are CSS issues affecting its appearance.

Specifically, the menu items in the footer are not proper, and the CSS styling seems to be malfunctioning. I’m not sure what caused this issue, as the changes appeared fine during testing before the site went live.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance or insights into resolving this issue. If anyone has encountered a similar problem with the Dawn theme or has suggestions for troubleshooting CSS issues in Shopify footers, please let me know.

Hey komal,

I think you have gave the css for proper alignment, actually my issue is, if you look at the screen shots which i have shared,

  1. The tile should be ‘help’ and that is not rendering in the live site but in the editor.

  2. And the Info menu also not getting rendered in the live site but in the editor.
