I cannot get my footer menu to show, I’ve tried fixing in customisation but the only available blocks or sections are email sign up or apps. I can’t see any other way to add the menu block, it says all blocks are used but I only have email sign up and a review app there. My actual footer menu is set up in navigation but there seems no way to add it to the theme. Help please! Website is www.faodailsoap.com

Thank you for sharing that! The issue may be that you need to ensure its assigned to the footer section on the theme editor. I found a great solution that includes a video on our community forum. Please let me know if that works for you!
as you can see on the picture, when I click add section in footer, it only shows two sections. There is no menu section. Please help. Thank you
Thanks for following up with us, @Sejo15 . Can you let us know what theme you’re using in your store? Do you have a ‘Footer Menu’ created in your navigation section that can be added to this section? Your foot menu, and the menu items within it, can be found in ‘Online Store > Navigation’ and then it should appear in the ‘Menus’ section that is visible. If you don’t see a ‘Footer’ menu listed there, then try creating one, and then navigating back to your theme editor to see if you’re then able to add the footer menu as expected.
Thank you for answering. I do have Footer menu created in navigation section. I wrote basic menu pages such as privacy policy, terms of use etc. But when I open the theme, there are only two section available in the Footer settings. No menu showing at all. I sent a picture above where you can see it. I am Using a sense theme. I really hope you can help me, since i have been struggling with this for hours trying to fix it. Thank you

The Footer should have an extra dropdown on the Dawn theme, which provides the options for adding menus, brand information, texts, and images. If you’re not seeing this option, then we’d recommend installing a fresh copy of the Dawn theme to see if that can help resolve the issue. Or, you can get in touch with us via the Shopify Help Center and we can request to have our Theme Support team take a closer look at your theme.

The Sense theme has the exact same block options as the Dawn theme. If you’re not seeing these options, then can you clarify whether there were any custom coding or modifications made to your theme?
