I would like my newsletter to come up in line with my 3 menus in desktop view and I would like my social icons to be centred. Please see how it is now in the first image and the kind of layout that I would like in the second image. Thank you.

The email and icon are in the same block so they cannot be separated as you said
You take a picture of the footer in the customize theme like the picture I sent so I can see how you are setting it up
