We have been getting reports from some merchants today affected by this technical error, our developers are currently working with FedEx on a fix. If you could reach out to us directly to report this it would certainly help us track this issue and any merchant that has been affected. You can do this by logging into your store through the Help Center, searching your question/issue, then selecting “continue” at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
