Force google recaptcha in Shopify account register form

At the moment the google recaptcha only appears if the form is submitted twice from the same IP within 24 hours.

I would like to force it to appear on the first attempt to minimize bot spams that we are getting.

I’d suggest taking a look at the Customer Fields app for Shopify. The app includes a robust form builder that allows you to create customized account registration forms, and it has a built-in settings that allow you to display a Google reCAPTCHA directly on a form – which is great for spam/bot protection since it will prevent submission unless the captcha is completed.
