We would like to know how to collect foreign based transactions to our foreign entity account, not necessarily to our US based Shopify account. Is that an option? And if so how to set that up?
Connecting multiple business entities to a single Shopify store is an option available to you if you’re on our Shopify Plus plan. You can link those entities to your store, configure Shopify Payments and a connect bank account for each of them, and then sales made to customers in those markets will be paid out to your local bank account instead of being converted into USD. Your US entity will remain the “default” for all sales made in countries without a local entity.
