Forgot email for store admin

I have a store but forgot the email associated with it and can’t log back in. I also don’t remember which card I used, so it’s been charging me without my knowledge. I need help figuring out how to cancel it.

Hey! If you’ve forgotten the email tied to your store but you’re still being charged, the best thing to do is contact Shopify Support directly. Since you know the card that’s being charged, they can verify ownership using billing details like the last 4 digits, transaction dates, or your name.

Go to the Shopify Help Center, choose the “I can’t log in” option, and follow the flow for account recovery. They’ll guide you step-by-step even without access to your original email.

Good luck trying to get hold od customer support or anyone dealing with it, I’ve been trying for 3 days, worst site I have ever known
