The app I have been using for web forms recently disappeared on my site… the support has not responded in over a week. I am being forced to find another app to replace it but cannot seem to find anything that does the same thing.
I need:
20+ fields with dynamic rules
payment processing for form submission capability
file upload
reasonably priced for a small business (less than $20/month, my current one was less than $5 but I will pay more if I need to for a decent replacement).
Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you for your help!!
