Form submission produces error

Hi,

I’ve added a snippet containing a form (embedded as a widget) to one of my templates.

When the contents of the form are submitted, it results in an error.

I know the form works as I’ve tested outside of Shopify.

For third party integration issues contact the support of the third party

There are multiple errors on the website ,see your browsers devtools console if it has one:

ReferenceError: clickdimensions is not defined

When seeking help with the third parties support communicate as much relevant info as possible if you mention something define it, if it’s visual add accompanying screenshots etc.
