Just trying to reformat the featured collection, as attached image shows the star rating currently appears (image below) when viewing on mobile;

Is there a way to have this all on the same line as the stars?

If you viewing on mobile, you should have to decrease the star size and the font size. I thinks this will be solve this issue.

If you started from the scratch I suggest you first clear the basic concept of DOM, CSS and JavaScript. Then you can start the responsive part. I believe that you can achieve all of these by investing your time in it.
Regarding my above comment you have to add CSS in you .css extension file. For more we can connect.
