Hello! I created a separate contact form for wholesale inquiries by adding additional fields to the contact form template. I need help formatting the contact form so that the boxes are not all clustered together. See the image attached for how it currently looks.
I’d like it to show:
Store Name and Name split at the top with space in between
Email and Phone Number split at the top with space in between
Website and Address split at the top with space in between
How did you hear about us? on one line
Anything else you’d like us to know? one one line
