We are selling products of some regional suppliers. Usually we have to forward the orders - depending on the supplier - via a) an e-mail or b) we have to enter the data manually on their website.
Ideally we can create rules that forward the order depending on the sku of the product.
We are now looking for apps/automations/anything that can help us with a), b) or both.
People use Order Automator to do this. Here are some examples of what you can do:

Create rules based on order conditions, for example: If sku contains “ABC” then tag the order and send a notification with the order information (configurable).

Use that same rule / tag system, but attach a CSV instead

Send a fulfillment request based on line item conditions (sounds like it doesn’t apply right now, but this is common when working with 3rd party fulfillment centers that are more technologically inclined)

If you’re using different suppliers for different products, and you only want the supplier to receive their specific products, you can create rules to that too (if vendor = ABC then send an email to them but only include products from that vendor… can also be done with sku too but might be easier for you to manage with the vendor field)
Manually entering data on a website is technically doable but generally not a good solution.
One of the standouts of Order Automator is that the app is also customizable, so if it doesn’t suit your needs exactly you can make a request to support to customize.

Should be able, just contact app support (through the app or https://orderautomator.com/contact) with exactly what you want to do, and how to do it manually, and they can investigate a way to automate that for you.
Confirm with supplier if they have shopify ERP apps available for automation, in this way the order info will be sync to their ERP system then they will help you fulfill based on the products and virants.
