Hi,
I took Foundations: Certification Exam and Passed it with 90% of score(on submitting the quiz got the message). But In the Academy profile section (Skilljar) it just show the status as completed and also got an email saying passed the exam. But score is not visible in profile section, it wont s. Also, cerdly badge also not issued.
Can some one help me with the details.

I’ve contacted our course team and can confirm that currently the marks will not show in your profile section. That said, I have passed along your feedback to our team to consider for the future updates. Meanwhile, can you share a bit more on what you want to achieve with a visible passing score on your profile? This information can be supportive alongside the feedback!
As well, I’m glad that you’ve received the email confirming the exam completion. Please note that it may take up to 48 business hours for Credly to issue the badges. If you still don’t receive the according badge by the end of Oct 5th, do let me know.
In the meantime, feel free to check the Credly tutorials for how to share badges on your social media.

I am facing the same problem that Naveen indicated in this thread. I got the email confirmation that I passed the certificate but I can’t see all the badges as well including the foundation course certificate in Credly.
It’s been over close to 5 days since I passed the examination.
Kindly assist me in this matter.
