Why is that there is no option to retake the exam, I want to retake the exam again but on my dashboard there is no option to retake and pay $25.
This is so annoying. No options also to quickly retake the exam,
After you click on Stop Recording it will just go https://www.skilljar.com/ and nothing happens or even instructions

I chat the support on fb, and they provide me this link.

When you failed again, they can’t provide any solution. I chat the support again and they said they escalated it to the team but as of now no update yet.

which is a bit confusing to me… i mean, on one hand there are two opportunities and on the other it reads second/third/etc attempt

If you fail again, you should probably have to pay the fee again each time.
You should contact the support if you want a better answer.
well, i did use the re-take link, failed again and now i have no more
options… i created a skilljar support ticket (as instructed by a shopify
person via facebook messenger). let’s see what happens…
i will gladly pay again the 25 dollars, because i failed 1 question short,
so if i study a bit more i ahould be able to pass it

so skilljar support actually unblocked the retake purchase for me, i was able to buy it. i will study a bit more and pass it soon. best of luck!

One more question, did you pay first and get access to the learning material after this? I mean the available material without paying is relatively small for 70 questions on the exam.
i only registered for the exam, i.e. paid after i finished the free learning path. at that time, the learning path was free
