Entschuldigt die vielleicht ein wenig blöde Frage, aber eine eindeutige Antwort habe ich leider nirgendwo gefunden:
Wieviele Gebühren zahlen ich wenn der Käufer Paypal als Zahlungsmethode nutzt? Konkret: Ich verkaufe ein Produkt für 50 EUR, wieviel davon geht ab (also insgesamt - an Shopify UND Paypal)?

Derzeit ist es aber so, dass in Österreich keine Transaktionsgebühren für alle Bezahlmethoden innerhalb Shopify Payments, inkl. die lokale Bezahlmethoden, erhoben werden. Für alle außerhalb Shopify Payments, wie Paypal, aber doch.
Shopify Payments für Austria ist erst im Mai angekommen. Vorher hatte man nur drittanbieter Zahlungsmethoden in Austria, für die sowohl Kreditkartengebühren als auch Transaktionsgebühren erhoben wurden. In der Schweiz müssen derzeit Händler mit Stripe oder Wallee.com als Drittanbieter auskommen, mit 3-4% Kreditkartengebühren und 2+% Transaktionsgebühren. Klarna und Sofort alleine erheben in der Schweiz um die 4.5% Gebühren derzeit.

It says: When you use Shopify Payments, you aren’t charged transaction fees for orders unless you’re located in Sweden, Austria, or Belgium.
For Shopify Payments Austria, transaction fees will be waived for orders processed through Shopify Payments only (this includes our Klarna integration). Transaction fees will be applied to all orders processed using a third party (including Paypal) or alternative gateway, even when Shopify Payments is enabled.

Da das Thema PayPal in diesem Leitfaden ist (anstatt Dropshipping), können wir das besser hier weiter besprechen.
Wie oben im Bild dargestellt, zahlst du in Deutschland (im Gegensatz zu Österreich) null Transaktionsgebühren mit PayPal da in DE PayPal innerhalb SP eingebettet ist. Dies hat Stripe mit PayPal Deutschland ausgehandelt.
Wenn der Käufer Paypal als Zahlungsoption nutzt, zahlst du dann nur die Paypal-Transaktionsgebühren und keine 2% Gebühren an Shopify. Die Fees hängen auch davon ab wie die Verhandlungen zw. PayPal und Stripe gehen. Mit der Verwendung von Shopify Payments erklärt man sich damit einverstanden, die im Shopify-Admin angegebenen Bearbeitungsgebühren zu zahlen, die hier durch Verweis aufgenommen werden (die “Bearbeitungsgebühren”).
nur mal zum richtig stellen, wenn man in Österreich ist zahlt man 2% Gebühr und die PP Gebühr, egal ob man PP Express ausgewählt hat oder nicht.
You’re charged transaction fees each time a customer makes a purchase using PayPal, unless you also activate Shopify Payments. For stores in Austria, Belgium or Sweden, transaction fees are waived only for orders processed by Shopify Payments or its Klarna integration, so you’re charged a transaction fee for orders using PayPal and other alternative payment providers.
