Fraud. I was stolen

I was stolen by one of your stores that was called “tibú”. Now every aspect of that “store” completely changed, now is not tibú, now is called “Roma step” and they don’t sell the same products.

I made a purchased, they just stole my money, bc nothing arrived never. I sent emails to theyr contact email bc there is a link that says “didnt receive your package? Let us know/ ¿No recibiste tu entrega? Haznos saber” I sent to that email and the email is attached to a person that only answer once and it was just bull***t. Then there are other emails that there says you can contact them if you have issues or want a refund. I sent the email, but those emails doesn’t even exist. Then right after my purchase, they used my credit card information to make other purchases which I never made.

What I want here is this store to be reported, deleted, and that the owners a front the legal consequences.

As well I want the refund of my money

Oh, thanks for nothing. Police works for nothing, same as your website, your terms and everything about this. I am not an idiot. I know how the internet is, and about the possibilities, prices were far from “to good to be truth” there were a lot of comments for the product.

I guess I just ignored the fact that it was “Shopify”.

I think that if this shi**y whatever this website is, and their staff know about scamming, you SHOULD make precautory measures to not leave pole get scamm and not to let people do this st. I already reported this sooo many times that I am tired. Don’t give me stupid advises for this. JUST DO SOMETHING. Maybe this is not your call. But at least save the time to write bullsht

You can contact your bank and request for a chargeback. They should be able to help you recover your money.
