People beware of this self called Expert. He made me send over 1500 claiming different reasons. From SEO, to shopify holding back sales for me, to Error 404 Pages etc. In th eend it resulted he got me nothing. He even made an expense on my store of over 300 Euros with the result that my store in now closed. Beware.

And “absolute integrity” is really something, coming from them.
Sorry to hear about your experience. Spending that much money without seeing any meaningful improvement is understandably frustrating.
For anyone dealing with a similar situation, recommend being very careful before allowing someone to make major changes or purchases on your Shopify store. Ask them to clearly explain

What exactly is the problem?

What evidence shows that this is causing lost sales?

What changes are they going to make?
-
What will each change cost?
-
How will the result be measured?
Also I would avoid giving someone unrestricted access to the store or permission to purchase apps/services without your approval.
SEO issues, 404s or technical problems can certainly affect a store but someone should be able to show you the actual issue and explain how their proposed solution addresses it.
