Fraudulent account made under my email, support options are awful

I recently had an account created under one of my emails and I am able to change the pass word but who ever did this enabled 2FA and I am unable to deactivate the account.

I have submitted to fraud reports already, with no updates and I am unable to use the chat option because which ever dev implemented the AI with the chat should re-think their career path.
