I received an email saying someone created a Shopify account with my information last night. Since there is zero customer support for this site, I can see why they chose this platform since victims of fraud can’t contact anyone. I changed the email and password, but I would like for the computer address that create my account to be blocked so others aren’t in danger, and I need help closing everything. Please help me, and maybe find a way to help others in my shoes. I would never give my business to a company who can’t protect my privacy or be available to help.
