Fraudulent charged - Enquiry regarding payment on hold or not.

Hi Support Team,

Today my wife received a spam charged from Shopify. So she already report to the bank. But my question right now does the payment already received to the seller or Shopify will hold first ?

Since the bank need to investigate this matter.

Kindly reply this as soon as possible. Since the charged around 250$ (RM1000)
